Unmi
Artistic Director

Unmi Abkin is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and has honed her expertise in some of San Francisco's finest restaurants including Café Kati and Boulevard. In addition, she gained additional experience on the line in cafes in Avignon, France and at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California.

For over ten years, Unmi was the owner and operator of two award-winning restaurants in Massachusetts.


Roger

Chef de Cuisine

Roger Taylor was born in Western Massachusetts to a family of cooks, Roger grew up in professional kitchens. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Roger has spent the last fourteen years in restaurants from Los Angeles to Martha's Vineyard and has cooked in France and the Greek Islands as well.


Natan
Production Manager

Natan Maimes has been involved in all aspects of the hospitality industry for 13 years, spending time in Boston, Manhattan, and Martha's Vineyard. In that time he has opened multiple restaurants and continues to work as a consultant for bars and nightclubs. He has coordinated events for Coca Cola, Pfizer, and Merck, and overseen numerous Fashion Week parties in New York City.
